Once upon a time,
I felt incredibly disempowered.
I was experiencing deep and disheartening
Shut down from my sexuality
Self-hatred towards my body
Crippling doubt and unworthiness
Fear of my partner trying to initiate sex
Numbness in my vulva, vagina and breasts
"I spent YEARS faking orgasms, feeling ashamed of my body and secretly wondering whether I was broken."
My sex-life virtually non-existent and self-loathing rip roaring through my life, I chose to do the work needed to heal.
I searched for support within the medical system without much luck, eventually digging deeper and stepping outside of the box.
The very first Neo Tantra workshop I went to was awkward AF! But that was the beginning of my journey of profound self-discovery and healing a lifetime of shame, conditioning and trauma.
With my long-term relationship hanging on by a thread...
