One-to-one coaching sessions are powerful, life-changing and transformative AF. Sessions are individually tailored to you, uncovering your deepest desires and supporting you on a journey of epic self-love, deeply fulfilling relationships and mind-blowing sex!
Sessions are 60-75 mins, usually fortnightly, and take place via Zoom in the comfort of your own home, fully clothed. Coaching sessions are a combination of talking and embodied practices such as breathwork, sounding, movement, aspecting work (similar to IFS - Internal Family Systems), body scanning, gentle trauma release practices, visualisation and guided meditation.
You’ll receive home-play practices to do between sessions which are phenomenal for elevating and accelerating your journey!
Additional support is available between sessions via WhatsApp or Telegram so that you can ask questions and be celebrated and supported to keep the momentum going.
